Anti-slip Grip Tape

This anti-slip grip tape is highly versatile. Anti-slip tape is self-adhesive and features an anti-slip top coating. The medium-coarse top layer ensures good grip in most situations, even when the surface is wet. This means the tape is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Dimensions

The tape is provided on a roll. All tape rolls are 18.3 m (60 feet) long and 0.95 mm (1/32 inch) thick. The anti-slip grip tape is available in four different widths:

• 25 mm (1 inch)
• 50 mm (2 inch)
• 75 mm (3 inch)
• 100 mm (4 inch)

Material

The tape consists of several layers. The grip is provided by the top layer of aluminium oxide. This is held in place by a polymer resin. Since the aluminium oxide particles are statically charged, they stand upright in the resin, which creates a better grip. The supporting layer consists of a 0.1 mm (1/2540 inch) thick layer of PVC and solvent-based acrylic adhesive.

Anti-slip: transparent or in colour

Anti-slip grip tape is available in many different colours and in a transparent variant. This makes the tape highly suitable for signalling in storage and work areas. If it is important that the surface remain visible, but an anti-slip layer is still desired, transparent anti-slip grip tape is the solution.

Anti-slip grip tape can be used to mark potentially dangerous areas as well. Anti-slip warning tape is designed for this.

Anti-slip tape for stairs

The tape can also be used as an anti-slip strip on stairs. Simply apply the tape on the step and cut to size.
